1. Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.
2. Contracting parties, Conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Playfield Protectors.
By listing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially add our products to the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you click the order button to accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
A binding contract may also come into effect earlier as follows:
- If you have chosen PayPal as your payment method, the contract is concluded at the time you confirm the payment instruction to PayPal.
The languages available for concluding the contract are German and English.
The contract text is not stored by us.
3. Delivery conditions
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs will be added. You can find more information about shipping costs with the offers.
We only deliver by shipping. Self-collection of goods is unfortunately not possible.
We do not deliver to parcel stations.
4. Payment
The following payment method is available in our shop:
PayPal
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. You must generally be registered there or register first, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.
5. Warranty and guarantees
Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, statutory warranty law applies.
The limitation period for warranty claims for used items is one year from delivery of the goods.
The above limitations and time reductions do not apply to claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives or agents:
- in case of injury to life, body or health
- in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty and fraud
- in case of breach of essential contractual obligations whose fulfillment is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations)
- within the scope of a guarantee promise, if agreed
- insofar as the scope of the Product Liability Act applies.
6. Liability
For claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives or agents, we are always liable without limitation:
- in case of injury to life, body or health
- in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty
- for guarantee promises, if agreed
- insofar as the scope of the Product Liability Act applies.
Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
7. Online dispute resolution
Online dispute resolution pursuant to Art. 14 para. 1 ODR Regulation: The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
